NEW THIS YEAR: CONFERENCE APP
We are excited to announce that we will be using a conference app this year. In the app you will be able to check the agenda, locations, read speaker bios, read session descriptions, link directly to sponsor and exhibitor websites, and more. One huge advantage will be the ability for everyone to use the app to complete session evaluations - no more paper evaluations! KEYNOTE
We are excited to host Ralph Peterson as our opening Keynote speaker this year. Ralph Peterson is the owner and operator of a management development company that specializes in helping mission driven organizations build Five-Star Leadership teams within the long-term care industry. Ralph has more than 20 years in the trenches of senior management, organizational development and human resources in the long-term care industry. He has earned his Associate's Degree, two Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership.
He has consulted to a wide variety of industries, large and small, bringing a practical approach, sound advice and a great sense of humor to the table. He is one of those rare speakers that doesn't pull any punches– and you will love him anyway. WEDNESDAY NIGHT SOCIAL
All conference attendees are invited to join us and our sponsor, RTG Medical, for an evening of relaxation and networking at Cunningham's on the Lake. From 6:00 - 8:30 pm, we will have dinner and drinks, time to hangout, and prizes! Cunningham's on the Lake is within walking distance of the hotel.

*GROUP RATE DETAILS: With the group rate, member provider communities may register unlimited participants with one flat fee. (Individual communities within multi-site organizations are considered separate communities for purpose of applying discounts for multiple participants. The corporate headquarters of a multi-site organization is considered to be a community in this context and may apply the discount for multiple participants who are employed at the corporate headquarters.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are accepted. However, if you cannot attend due to circumstances out of your control (such as exposure to/testing positive for COVID-19, a death in the family, or state surveyors in your community during the conference) and no substitute is available, a credit will be issued for you to use at a future LeadingAge Nebraska event. CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Our conference is relaxed but professional. We ask that you wear comfortable, business-casual attire. We also suggest wearing layers as temperatures can vary from room to room.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
10.5 hours of continuing education from Nebraska DHHS Regulation and Licensure, Board of of NHA has been approved for the LeadingAge Annual Conference. Appropriate records will be maintained for other disciplines to receive credit from their credentialing organizations. 10.5 CE credits provided by IWCC, Iowa’s Board of Nursing Provider #6. This program has been approved for 10.5 CE hours, fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM). Approval #: 167416. Granting prior approval does not constitute endorsement of the program content or its program sponsor.

LTC HEROES PODCAST
We are excited to have Peter Murphy Lewis from the LTC Heroes Podcast with us throughout the conference! He will be doing interviews and speaking throughout the Pre-conference and the Annual Conference. Be watching for Peter and his camera!

PRE-CONFERENCE DETAILS
We will be offering a Pre-conference program focused on owners, C-suite, Executive Directors and Board Members, beginning at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Holiday Inn Kearney. Participants will discuss implications of the past, where we are right now as a sector, and also take a look at the future of senior living. After the Pre-conference program there will be a Cocktail Hour for all attendees, brought to you by Silver Business Associate Northwest Respiratory. All participants of the Pre-conference program are invited to the Cocktail Hour. Information about the PAC Dinner is separate from other Tuesday activities.
