Speaker: Patrick Campbell, RN BSN, Training Coordinator, Certisurv, LLC: Patrick Campbell has more than 18 years experience as a surveyor of Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Intermediate Care facilities. This includes training new surveyors and managing Independent Dispute Resolution appeals. He has over 7 years of experience managing national accounts, and maintaining relationships with corporate staff to provide guidance and data on managing quality assurance across multiple regions and States nationwide.

Mr. Campbell has ten years of experience training, implementing and providing support for hundreds of long-term care centers utilizing survey preparation/quality assurance software. He is certified as 1 of 10 QIS Master Trainers by CMS. Assisted training surveyors in 15 States and multiple CMS regional offices. He passed the federal qualification test (SMQT) to work independently as a surveyor showing in depth knowledge of federal regulations. He is also licensed as a Registered Nurse since 1993 with experience as an ADON and DON in LTC.
