Job Summary:

  • Accountable for fulfilling the goals and objectives of the long term care facility.
  • Manages the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern licensed nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to resident at all times.
  • Provides and maintains effective communication with the community, medical staff and all levels of supervision and staff to promote positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Maintains appropriate knowledge, skills, and disciplines needed to carry out each department’s responsibilities.
  • Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development to keep abreast of the latest trends in administration, nursing, and health care.
  • Collaborates and cooperates with all staff and departments to integrate and coordinate services through leadership and active participation on teams, committees, and meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration or similar is required. Master's degree in Health Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of one-two years’ experience required with three-five years preferred.
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Nebraska preferred

Description: Part-Time, Hourly, Travel Required, Approximately 30 Hours A Month
Responsibilities: Hear Now, Mobile Hearing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Hearing Care Assistant. Currently we offer approximately 30 hours a month, with plans to grow.

The ideal candidate will have both experience with and a passion for working with elders. This position will provide on-site hearing care for individuals residing in elder care communities. Services are provided to the communities hourly, based on the community specific contract. Timeliness, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential to this position.

Our Hear Now, Mobile Hearing Solutions Hearing Care Assistant will provide hourly mobile hearing support to our client communities in areas both within Omaha and around Eastern Nebraska. Services provided include routine care of hearing aids, education for residents, families and staff, hearing aid management protocols, communication with facilities, residents, and staff, maintaining supplies, and other similar duties as required. On-site training will be provided in a supportive environment. Flexibility, kindness, and a service mindset are key qualities. A mode of reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is required for travel to customer facilities. Salary is based on experience.
