What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and direct the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide strong leadership, motivation, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective resident care plans.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.
• 3+ years nursing experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (state and federal).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet facility health requirements and pass applicable background checks.
