Therap Changes

Therap has implemented an update to their system and the layout has changed on the home landing page. The new design is to help improve the experience and navigation within Therap. Here are some resources you can use to help navigate the new landing page. As a reminder you must log into Therap to view their help articles.

HomePage and Favorites Overview – a detailed explanation of navigating the page, and how to set up favorites to make navigation quicker.

There are also subsequent guides or articles available from this page. The first one on the list is very helpful if you want to compare the old layout to the new layout of the landing page.

DDD has recently added the ability for providers to be able to view the Individual Service Plan (ISP) in Therap, this is often called the Person-Centered Plan (PCP). 

For the Agency accounts used by Agency Providers and Assisted Living Facilities, the administrator for your Therap Account will need to set up this privilege for users in the Therap system.

Administrator for your Therap Account instructions:

To update existing Super Role sets and add Individual Plan roles, please note Steps 4 through 6 of the following guide to “View or Edit existing Super Roles” https://help.therapservices.net/s/article/858#SuperRole-ViewEdit . 

The screen shots in the instructions may have a slightly different order or phrasing, but when you get into the system, The designated administrator for the Therap account should look at the Admin Tab, scrolling down to the User section at the bottom of the screen, selecting Manage within the Super Role, finding the header in blue that says ISP Plan, and the select “ISP Plan View” under each Super Role that is appropriate to view the Person Centered Plans. Be sure to press save!
