 2027 CONFERENCE RFP

 

The Request for Proposals for the 2027 LeadingAge Nebraska Conference & Expo is now open! The LeadingAge Nebraska Conference & Expo will be March 15-17, 2027 in Kearney, Nebraska.

 

Scroll down to explore the topics and areas of interest for the 2027 Conference. We welcome proposals on a wide range of subjects, with breakout presentation proposals accepted through December 1, 2026.

 

Please use the link below to submit your proposal. Before completing the RFP, please keep the following in mind:

 

  • Submit one RFP form for each presentation proposal.
  • Multiple speakers: If your presentation will include more than one speaker, please provide a resume or CV for each speaker. The form allows for only one file upload. You may combine multiple resumes/CVs into a single file and upload it, or email additional resumes/CVs to natalie.mccormick@leadingagene.org. If emailing additional materials, please include the presentation title in your email.
  • Keynote speaker: Our keynote speaker for the 2027 Conference has already been selected and contracted. The RFP is for breakout presentations only.

 

LeadingAge Nebraska is always looking for new and innovative proposals from speakers and experts. We accept proposals throughout the year, and all proposals will be considered for upcoming conferences and other education events. Please use the link at the bottom of this page to submit your proposal.

 

If selected to participate in the program, speakers agree to:

  • Incur all expenses related to the development/implementation of their sessions.
  • Submit session material in digital format through the LeadingAge Nebraska website submission form.
  • Payment for non-conference presentations (in-person and virtual) is decided on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Conference only: LeadingAge Nebraska typically does not pay speaker honorarium/travel/per diem/other costs for conference breakout speakers. Speakers receive a complimentary registration to the full conference, but registration is required so we have an accurate headcount for all meals.

 

Deadlines: We accept proposals throughout the entire year, but proposals for the annual conference (spring) are usually due in late fall of the previous year. All proposals must include a resume/CV for each speaker. Proposals submitted during non-conference time frames will be considered for other upcoming education opportunities.

We are seeking engaging, relevant breakout session presentations on a variety of topics affecting today’s aging services providers. The topics below are areas of particular interest, but presenters are not limited to these topics. We welcome proposals on other timely, innovative, and valuable subjects that would benefit aging services professionals.

 

We are especially interested in presentations that can appeal to professionals across the full continuum of aging services, including nursing homes, assisted living, home and community-based services, independent living, memory care, hospice, and other settings. Sessions may address broad industry issues or focus on specific areas of practice, as long as the content provides meaningful value to our diverse audience.
