The Executive Director leads and directs the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

Salaried position - $85,000-$100,000 plus Hire on Bonus- offers/bonus based on experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on management and strategic planning.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement.
• Expertise in operations management and fostering a culture of leadership.
