There are several requirements that Medicaid Waiver providers must follow to be compliant with the Service Provider Agreement Terms and Conditions. This can include initial, annual and monthly employee screenings and background checks on your direct care employees. With several departments involved in setting requirements, it can be difficult to understand and manage on an ongoing basis.
