PART ONE: Intermediate Leadership Skills is a 3-webinar interactive series designed to equip individuals with practical knowledge and skills to become more competent, confident, and credible leaders. Valuable tips, tools, strategies, and processes will be presented to provoke thought and create paradigm shifts. Participants will also have opportunities to participate in interactive discussions and skill-building activities that reinforce learning and apply essential leadership concepts to real-world situations. Part One includes three, 1-hour webinars on Wednesday, November 6, 13, and 20, 2024 (1-2 pm CT each day).

PART TWO: The Art and Science of Employee Coaching is designed to equip individuals with the practical knowledge and skills necessary for effective employee coaching. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and virtual role-playing exercises, participants will better understand employee coaching principles and practices and enhance their coaching skills. Part Two includes three, 2-hour webinars for more in-depth discussion and learning on Wednesday, December 4, 11, and 18th, 2024 (1-3 pm CT each day).

PART THREE: Building a Culture of Exceptional Customer Service will equip participants with the tools and knowledge to develop a culture of exceptional customer service. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises, participants will develop a deeper understanding of customer service principles, learn how to apply them professionally, and be prepared to impact their organization positively. Part Three includes three, 1-hour webinars on Wednesday, January 8, 15, and 22, 2025 (1-2 pm CT each day).

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Paul Rieken founded Normative Point, LLC, to facilitate transformative development initiatives designed to significantlyNormative Point logo improve the performance, outcomes, and morale of teams, leaders, and organizations. Paul has over twenty-seven years of leadership experience across the private and public sectors, beginning as a front-line supervisor and steadily ascending to positions of increased responsibility. He has held pivotal roles such as team leader, department director, chief training officer, staff training coordinator, facility manager, program coordinator, staff training and development director, behavioral learning advisor, and executive director. Paul's career has spanned the fields of juvenile justice, intellectual disabilities, senior living, training and development, and education. Throughout his career, he has facilitated thousands of hours of development initiatives and spearheaded several successful performance, talent, and change management initiatives for various organizations.

Paul holds a master's degree in organizational performance and a bachelor's degree in human and social services administration from Bellevue University. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Lincoln, Nebraska. In his free time, Paul enjoys football, writing, music, and spending time with family and friends.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: 12 hours of continuing education from Nebraska DHHS Regulation and Licensure, Board of NHA has been approved for the full 9-webinar series. 3 hours for Part One and Three, and 6 hours for Part Two have been approved for individual webinar series. Appropriate records will be maintained for other disciplines to receive credit from their credentialing organizations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellations will be accepted for these webinars. Substitutions are welcome but notification of the substitution must be sent to LeadingAge Nebraska staff prior to the start of each webinar.
