Audience: Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, MDS Nurses, Nurse Managers, Marketing Directors. Speaker: Stephanie DeWees, HSE, LNHA, LPN, IP RAC-CT | Business Owner: Stephanie brings over 30 years of healthcare expertise, beginning as a Nursing Assistant and advancing to roles including Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and certified Health Services Executive. With a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, she excels as a business owner and quality and regulatory specialist, driving organizations to success through her extensive industry knowledge. Stephanie has presented nationally and in Ohio, with a background encompassing skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice, and hospital settings. Her achievements include Five-Star recognitions and Deficiency Free Surveys. Currently, she serves as the Quality and Regulatory Specialist for LeadingAge Ohio, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ohio’s QIN-QIO as part of the CMS 12th Statement of Work (SOW) Task 3 Quality Improvement Initiative.
