LeadingAge Nebraska has an Association Health Plan through Simple Benefits that is available to all providers and businesses with LeadingAge Nebraska membership.  This plan is administered by a third-party administrator and includes multiple plan options.  This plan is specifically designed to meet the needs of organizations like yours, offering comprehensive coverage and competitive rates.  A few of the key benefits are:

• Coverage does not have to be offered to all employees
• There are NO minimum contribution requirements by the employer
• There are NO participation requirements.

Additionally, as a benefit to all members, we offer access to a dedicated benefits consultant who can review your current healthcare plans and help determine the best options for your organization. This is a valuable service to ensure you’re getting the most out of your healthcare offerings.
