March 2025 Topic: Make Leadership Intentional So much of leadership is done through intentional efforts - very little happens naturally or by accident. We will discuss the process and art of investing in team members. If a leader sees their team members as people with hopes, dreams, fears, and challenges, they will also see those team members' real potential. We will discuss intentional efforts to multiply the talents of those team members and unlock their potential.

Faculty: Spencer Morris, Owner/Consultant with Pathway Consulting LLC. Spencer Morris is a licensed Nursing Home administrator with experience consulting with aging services communities in California and Nebraska. His areas of expertise are leadership development, strategic planning, workplace culture and more.
