Join us for the LeadingAge Nebraska Fall Symposium, a full day of intensive training for senior staff at Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Communities. The first half of the day will feature Deke Cateau, CEO of A.G. Rhodes, a nonprofit nursing home provider in Atlanta and LeadingAge National Board Member, teaching how to build a long-lasting culture of caring for staff and promoting their well-being. After lunch Patrick Campbell from Gold Business Associate CertiSurv will take the 2nd half of the day to look in-depth at survey prep, how to conduct your own mock-survey and what to look for in your community as you prepare for surveyors. He will also review the upcoming RoPs Phase 3 changes. Detailed examples and role-playing will help staff prepare for when surveyors appear at your door. Certiserv will be doing a give-a-way to members in attendance at the Symposium for an onsite visit by a team of three of Certiserv Surveyors to conduct a full mock survey and provide findings and feedback! This is a don't-miss-event for your community!
