RHTP Infection Prevention Certification and Training Grants

This week we sent out information on RHTP 4.2b for Infection Prevention education and certification in long term care settings. If you may be interested in obtaining any of the funding below, you are encouraged to complete the Redcap Survey to express your interest in receiving funding. FUNDS ARE LIMITED and are being processed on a first come first serve basis. Completing the Survey application does not obligate you to apply. However, not applying may means funds will not be available if you request them later. Do not delay! Application deadline is 5/8/26. See the email for additional information.
